#90 DAYS OF QUALITY ASSURANCE

✧.*  Every Jewel goes through Quality test to ensure durability and shine of plating. We also offer a gold plating warranty of 90 days. This means that if the gold plating on your jewelry starts to wear off within 90 days of purchase, we will repair or replace the jewelry for free.

✧.*  To be eligible for the gold plating warranty, you must contact us within 90 days of purchase and provide proof of purchase. We will then inspect the jewelry and determine if it is covered under the warranty.

You would have to return the item/ items at your own cost if your jewelry starts to wear off within 90 days of purchase.

✧.* For our internal Quality Check Team to assess and approve during the warranty period, you need to send us a picture of the jewelry. The repair/fresh piece will be approved at the sole discretion of the Quality Check Team.

✧.* On receiving approval from the Quality Check Team, the said product has to be dispatched to the following address with the Order Number and “Repair” Marked on the parcel.

✧.* The repaired/fresh item will be dispatched after receipt of the damaged item.

No refund will be initiated.
