Return and Exchange Policy

~ We are unable to accept returns on all the handmade and made-to-order jewelry. This is because each piece is made specifically for you. Our store policy is NO refunds or exchange.

~ However, if you have received a defective piece, please send us an unboxing video within 48 hours of receiving the order, and we will be happy to help you. We may be able to offer you an exchange or a return, depending on the circumstances.

~ Since each piece is made specially for you, we’re unable to accommodate cancellations once an order is placed.
